Butter Pop Art Awareness post

Victoria weiss is a mural artist currently based in Richmond VA. After graduating from Parson NYC, she pursued her career in animation and projecy planning. She then moved to Virginia beach and started a multi-disciplinary art and design studio called Butter Pop Art. The creation of her studio emphasizes that she is a woman owned business and focuses on positive energy within her space. Victoria also does a great deal of mural work and art galleries in Virginia beach which consist of beutiful colors and a very interesting use of movement aswell as line.

Title: SYNCHRONY

This is a piece that Victoria did for the 2021 vibe mural festival. The goal of this mural was to spread awareness and stand with "Military against sexual violence in the military". Through the process of creating this piece, she realized that every mural is like a teacher to her. They teach her techniques, new ways to connect with her community. Something she really connects easily with are large birds that, she says, represent empowerment and an uplifting experience.

Victoria also has her own line with Fits Y'all hats. I was incredibly lucky enough to model for this wonderful brand and the hats are beautiful.
